12 beautiful handcrafted mosaic tiles created from high fire terra cotta clay.
I cut each tile individually from red clay and stamped them with Egyptian designs that I created. Each tile measures approximately 1-1/4'' x 1-1/2'' square x 1/8''-3/16'' thick (40mm x 35mm x 4mm). The tiles were fired once then glazed a rich metallic burnished gold and fired once again. 4 different designs, the symbol of Hathor, Nefertiti, feline face and mask.
