I handmade this pendant, dried and carved the Tzolk'in Mayan Glyph for I'X then fired it, glazed and fired it once again in the kiln.
Threaded onto a strong adjustable 2mm black braided cord. The pendant measures 1-1/2" long by 1-1/4" wide by 3/16" thick ( 40mm x 30mm x 5mm).

I'X (pronounced EESH)
The mighty jaguar, king of the rainforest, was associated with nobility, strength, and bravery in battle. Its spotted coat was said to be a map of the stars in the night sky.
